Brett Rogers, Chief Executive Officer

Brett Rogers began the development of eCREsystems in 2005. His unique background in real estate brokerage, operations, and engineering provided him with the vision of what the real estate industry could become as technology evolved to support server-side computing and Web-enabled applications.

Rogers has 11 years experience in the real estate industry, working in tenant representation, portfolio management, financial analysis, and project management in over 25 states and multiple countries including China, India, and Singapore. He has managed millions of square feet of commercial portfolios, executed hundreds of transactions and delivered millions of square feet of space around the world for clients including AOL/Time Warner, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Goldman Sachs, Anteon, General Dynamics, The George Washington University, and multiple smaller companies.

Rogers completed his Bachelors in Industrial Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University. He has also founded a commercial real estate market research company that was ultimately sold to Salesforce.com. Additionally, Rogers has served as an advisor to several start-ups in the commercial real estate and technology arenas.

Bob Woods, Vice President, Business Development

Bob Woods brings to eCREsystems 13+ years of marketing, sales and real-estate experience. Most recently, he was a leasing and sales associate at CapStar Commercial Realty in Rockville, MD, working with both owners/investors and lessees/buyers. He also has residential real estate experience with Keller Williams Realty Consultants in Silver Spring, MD. While with both firms, Woods also implemented successful marketing programs to brand both himself and his companies in the greater Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan area. His other sales experience includes wireless sales at Arch Wireless (now USA Mobility) and computer hardware/software at Elek-Tek.

Woods helped to launch or re-launch several Internet-based media brands and services for Newsbytes News Network, Post-Newsweek Tech Media Group and Internet.com/ Jupitermedia. These brands included Washtech.com, NewMedia.com, Instant Messaging Planet and Optically Networked. Tapping into his experience and his status as an expert in instant messaging (IM), he also served as vice president of market development/ marketing for a business Internet infrastructure firm that delivered authenticated IM exchanges and other secure IM services.
