About eCREsystems

eCREsystems, formerly LeaseMS, was founded in December 2005. Our driving purpose is to create Web 2.0-based platforms and services that will assist both corporate real estate users and commercial real estate brokers with services outside the realm of what vendors to those industries traditionally provide.

Most vendors concentrate on desktop- and network-based solutions. We think that vision is wrong. For us, the speed, scalability, and cost improvements during the past several years make the Internet the logical environment to develop and run our platforms. The Internet provides accessibility, scalability, and maintenance advantages that can't be found in traditional desktop and corporate network based applications.

Our vision is that corporate real estate users and commercial real estate brokers who take advantage of the continuing advancements in technology will lead the technological evolution in both industries. In return, their respective businesses will prosper as they implement new and better ways of managing processes through the use of all of our services.

eCREsystems' flagship service is a request for proposal (RFP) platform, called Sibdu, for the entire commercial/ corporate real-estate space. Sibdu, quite simply, turns the real estate search process on its head by giving those who are looking for space the power to issue RFPs for their requirements. Listing agents and others with properties to lease or sell will definitely have their place in Sibdu as well. And all of it is free for Sibdu members.
